Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to letter reference 2012/1537 sent to the Widi Mob on
26 September 2014 and the answer to a question without notice answered on
Tuesday, 25 November 2014.
(1) Has the
minister received any legal or crown law advice on his determination that the
ordinary meaning of ''sacred site'' includes an area devoted to a
religious activity?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), when?
(4) If yes to (1), who provided that advice?
