(a) No.
(b) The Closing the Gap National Partnership Agreement (NPA) expired on 30 June 2013.  In the absence of a renewed NPA between the State and Federal government, the State Government has invested $31.4 million for the WA Government's programs for 2013-14. It is not known when any negotiations will commence as all jurisdictions, including Western Australia, are awaiting the new Federal Government policy for Aboriginal health.
