1. The number of Structured Workplace learning opportunities is dependent on employers offering the places. At present, the number of employers willing to take on students exceeds the number of students required to be placed. For example, Swan Education Industry Training Association (SEITA) currently places 799 SWL students and has 5753 employers available for placements on their database. 2. No incentives will be used to encourage workplaces to take on students for work experience. 3. N/A 4. All student work placements are organised and managed according to the guidelines of the DET 'Workplace Learning Procedures and Guidelines Policy'.
