FOSTER CARE —
ABUSE ALLEGATIONS
795. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Child Protection:
I refer to the Leader of the House's
answer to my question without notice 752, asked on 11 September 2018, in which
she informed the house that a district director had agreed to extend the reporting
time frame for the review into a male foster carer in Newman who has been
served with a restraining order.
(1) How many
extensions have been agreed to in this case since the carer review commenced on
13 June 2018?
(2) Further to (1), on what dates were
such extensions agreed to?
(3) How many
carer standard of care assessments are currently underway, following allocation
by district directors within the department?
(4) Further to (3), how many of
these assessments have had their reporting time frame extended?
