PERTH CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL — EMERGENCY
DEPARTMENT — RESUSCITATION TEAM
365. Ms L. METTAM to the Premier:
I have a supplementary question.
Premier, how much longer will health workers have to wait to see these systems
actually in place?

AnswerView source ↗

They do not have to wait at all.
They see those changes every day. They are part of that change and they provide
incredible work on behalf of the people of Western Australia day in, day out,
in very difficult circumstances. I want to acknowledge the great work of the
doctors and nurses, particularly in the Perth Children's Hospital, who
take care of those whom we care about the
most—our kids. We will continue to make sure that we work with those
teams to continue to reform our health system and ensure that it is world-class
and one of which the Western Australian public is deservedly proud.
