From recollection, I think that two or three applications have been refused. In one case, the application came from a person outside the zoned area. I am answering purely from what I recall from reading a document a month or so ago. The other two, I think, were ruled outside the guidelines established for the scheme. Probably their net worth exceeded the scheme’s upper limit. I can get more accurate information. I know that it was only a very small number.
