CITY OF ALBANY — GOVERNANCE ISSUES
I ask a supplementary question. In light of the disaster that occurred with the appointment of the last chief executive officer, obviously the system in the City of Albany is not appropriate. Does the minister think that he should look into this issue and assist the City of Albany—I do not know whether this is under the minister’s control—to make a decision in this matter, because the citizens of Albany have no confidence that that will happen in an appropriate manner? The SPEAKER : Order! I inform the member that it is not the practice in this place for a member to ask a question that seeks the opinion of a minister. If the minister wants to answer the question, it is up to the minister, but the member for Albany should not be seeking an opinion. Mr G.M. CASTRILLI
