(a)-(d) The new Fitzroy River Bridge is set to open in some capacity before the end of this year.
The budget for the new bridge and associated works is approximately $300 million.
In recognition of the national significance of this bridge, Main Roads fast-tracked the procurement process. Main Roads issued a Request for Proposals to the market on Tenders WA on 1 Februaiy 2023. Tenders closed on 15 February 2023 and nine proposals were received.
