(1) Can the minister advise the House who is the present chairperson of the Mungullah Community Aboriginal Corporation? (2) Is this person also a representative for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission? (3) Does the Mungullah Community Aboriginal Corporation own pastoral lease 3114/522 Gilroyd Station and Towrana pastoral lease? (4) On 16 October 2002, I believe ATSIC lodged a caveat over pastoral lease 3114/522 Gilroyd Station.
