(a) (c-f) These questions should be referred to Main Roads WA.
WA Police has a limited dataset on traffic crashes which is sufficient to allow for accurate file management and investigation of road traffic crashes to determine if an offence(s) has occurred. All crash forms are delivered to Main Roads WA for comprehensive recording and inclusion in their crash database. WA Police can provide statistical data on Fatal and Serious injury road crashes.
