review into the Department of Communities' policies and
practices in the placement of children with harmful sexual behaviours in
residential care settings , tabled on 15 September 2021.

have been implemented in full?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(3) The
McGowan government has accepted or accepted in principle all recommendations
from the Commissioner for Children and Young
People's Independent review into the Department of Communities' policies and practices in the placement of
children with harmful sexual behaviours in residential care settings . Recommendation 4(a) has been completed in
full and work is progressing on all other recommendations.
