In reference to the proposals to use Hunt Point for additional infrastructure for new tug pens, can the minister advise:
(a) why has the Port Hedland Port Authority changed its proposal from the original location of Lumsden Point to this proposed site;
(b) is the Port Hedland Port Authority Board still in deliberation over this proposed change of location, and if so, what are those issues still to be considered; and
(c) what safety analysis has been conducted for this new site proposal in relation to the extreme weather conditions during the six month cyclone season?
