(1) Architects, Hassell Pty Ltd were appointed in November 2004, and have completed the master plan for the site and are well advanced with schematic design. (2) No (3) There are subdivisional requirements which the Developer has yet to meet, therefore it is unlikely that the site will be available until early 2006 and the project tender is not expected to go out until March 2006. The developer has been unable to confirm that services (the sewer in particular) will be available to the site by 2007. (4) Yes (5) Early indications of residual pesticide contamination on the site are being investigated but it is not expected to be a material issue.
