I refer to the Targeted Separation Scheme for public sector employees, and I ask: (a) how many employees were invited to take up the offer of voluntary severance; (b) how many employees accepted the offer of voluntary severance; (c) for each of the employees who accepted voluntary severance, what was the: (i) employing agency; (ii) level; (iii) gender; (iv) age; (v) reason for severance; (vi) exit date; and (vii) total separation payment; (d) how many targeted severance offers have been made and how many have been accepted; (e) for each of the employees who were targeted for separation what was the: (i) employing agency; (ii) level; (iii) gender; (iv) age; (v) reason for severance; (vi) exit date; and (vii) total separation payment; and (f) how much has been expended in total on redundancy payments and entitlements?

The Public Sector Commission advises:
(a) - (f) Details of voluntary severances under the Targeted Separation Scheme will be available when agencies have processed their severances. It is anticipated that this process will be finalised soon after the final exit date for employees on 30 June 2015.
