The Heritage Council of Western Australia advises:
(a)-(c) The Heritage Council of Western Australia is not an employing authority. Figures relating to parental leave of Heritage Council staff will be within the consolidated employment figures of the current employing authority, the Department of Housing and Works, and prior to 2005, the Waters and Rivers Authority (now Department of Water).
The National Trust of Australia (WA) advises:
For the year 2006/2007 -
(a) The number of staff taking parental leave is 1.
(b) The amount taken in parental leave is 10 weeks
(c) Total payments in parental leave is $14,719.30.
The National Trust did not have any staff on paid parental leave for the years 2005/06, 2004/05, 2003/04 and 2002/03.
