(a) The Perth based service will cover the metropolitan area and those parts of the state not covered by the Bunbury and Mandurah services. This will include the eastern and northern country areas.
(b) The funds are provided specifically to support young people who have been in the care of the Department for Community Development. Each eligible young person will be provided with a service wherever he/she is residing.
(c)-(d) It is anticipated the service provider will be announced soon and the service will commence as soon as practical after that.
