I thank the member for some notice of the question. (1)-(2) I am advised that the Department of Environment and Conservation is providing advice to the Cities of Joondalup and Wanneroo regarding the planning for the proposed centre adjacent to Lake Joondalup in the northern portion of Yellagonga Regional Park. DEC is also liaising with the National Trust of Australia (WA) regarding the redevelopment of Luisini Winery and the inclusion of a community environment centre in the winery, which is located in the south of the regional park. I am awaiting advice on the progress of this redevelopment prior to seeking funding for an additional environment centre in the park. (3) The City of Joondalup, City of Wanneroo, National Trust of Australia (WA) and the Yellagonga Regional Park community advisory committee.
