Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to the implementation of the
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act on 1 July 2023.
(1) When will the
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage service permit system be available to members of
the public who will be required to make applications in order to comply with
this legislation?
(2) Is the minister
confident that all information technology solutions will be operating to enable
the processing of permit applications on 1 July 2023?
