a. To date, no expenditure has occurred as the Mid West Ports Authority’s (MWPA) designers have continued to work with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) to finalise approvals of the design details. The design work has been funded separately and so the project funds remain available for the port when the design is completed.
