FINANCE BROKING VICTIMS AGREEMENT - CABINET SUBMISSION
I refer the minister to the agreement between the government and legal representatives acting for finance broking victims. (1) Which minister had carriage of the cabinet submission proposing the settlement deal? (2) Does the government have a full list of all victims who received compensation through the deal, including the amount each claimed and the amount each received; and, if not, why not? (3) If yes to (2), will the minister table the full list, including details of payments made; and, if not, why not?
