I refer to the tender issued by John Holland for “Supply and installation of internal and external wayfinding signage” (reference number WP7110) for the New Children’s Hospital Project and ask, has the tender been awarded, and if so: (a) on what date was it awarded; (b) what is the name or names of the successful tenderer/s; (c) what was the total value of the contract; (d) how many tenders in total were received; (e) how many of the tender applications were from applicants with local content; (f) has the successful tender contract value involved significant budget variation, e.g. 20 per cent or greater than the pre-tender estimate; and (g) did the tender evaluation process include a “Buy Local” preference as per the Government’s “Buy Local Policy” and if not, why not?
