I thank the member for his question. When I made the address to the association of Local Government Managers Australia that the member referred to — Mr J.A. McGinty interjected. Mr J.N. Hyde interjected. The SPEAKER : Order, members for Fremantle and Perth! Mr G.M. CASTRILLI : —I talked about the minimum of $70 million in funds going to regional Western Australian local governments through the royalties for regions fund. That is the amount I said was available. The contents and details of the fund were worked up by the Minister for Regional Development. Members heard his comments today about the announcement on that shortly and members will get the contents of those details soon. Ms A.J.G. MacTiernan : So you don’t know anything? Mr G.M. CASTRILLI : The Minister for Regional Development is in control of that fund. Mr E.S. Ripper : So, is the whiteboard in your office or in his office? Mr G.M.
