(1) I refer to Alcoa's current Public Environment Report (PER) process for the Pinjarra Refinery Expansion and/or mining management plan, and I ask? (2) as part of this process, did the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) receive groundwater bore monitoring data for all of Alcoa's monitoring bores? (3) if no to (2), why not? (4) if yes to (2), why has it not been published with the rest of the PER documentation on the EPA website? (5) if yes to (2), can the Minister please provide the data?
