I refer to the Department for Child Protection and Family SupportXXX ###XXXs head office renovation expenditure
between 2013 and 2016. What is the breakdown of the $4.521 million expenditure —
(a) by the tender reference number;
(b) for each tender, by the opening and closing date;
(c) by the original contract value for each tender;
(d) by the value and scope of variations on each tender; and
(e) by total final tender cost?

The department was responsible only for procuring low-value
fit-out works that did not require a tender process due to their value. All
high-value fit-out works that involved a tender process were completed and
managed by the Department of Finance Building Management and Works or by the propertyXXX ###XXXs building management firm, Jones Lang
LaSalle, in consultation with BMW.
