1. Bauxite Resources Limited (ACN 119 699 982) formerly known as Bauxite Resources Pty Ltd has lodged a total of nineteen exploration licence applications which are located within the Darling Ranges.
Three have been applied for in the company's current name Bauxite Resources Limited and sixteen in its former name Bauxite Resources Pty Ltd:

Commonwealth Native Title Act 1993
process.
E70/3312 and E70/3313, as these are recent applications the closing date for lodging Mining Act objections does not expire until
26 November 2007.

(b) 62,928 hectares of the public land referred to in 2(c) above is State Forest.
(c) 32,348 hectares of the public land referred to in 2(c) above is reserved land (comprising the conservation estate or other type of reserve).
