I thank the member for some notice
of this question.
(1) (a) In 2011–12,
the state government allocated $95.7 million over three years for disability
housing. The project, in partnership with the Department of Housing, was
expected to fund 169 houses; in fact, 204 dwellings were funded, providing
housing for 329 people. Although most of the $95.7 million was allocated to
housing projects between 2011 and 2014, construction time lines mean that
housing outcomes for individuals are still being delivered in 2014–15.
(b)–(c) This is still to be determined
through upcoming budget processes.
(2) Funding via the combined capital
bid was available over the three-year period from 2011–12 to 2013–14.
(3) Through an
ongoing partnership with the Department of Housing, housing for people with
disability continues to be provided through the community disability housing
program.
(4) Any future funding will be
considered in upcoming budget processes.
