(1) The $10.9 million is the remaining capital expenditure in the 2010-2011 financial year to amplify the sludge treatment capacity of the Beenyup Wastewater Treatment Plant. This includes upgrades to the hydraulic capacity as well as to the thickening, dewatering, digestion and odour control facilities.
