(1) Planning work will begin this financial year.
(a) Subject to funding, actual construction is expected to begin in 2010/11.
(2) Planning work has recently commenced with a corridor indentified that accommodates various alignment and staging options, a preliminary environmental assessment has been completed and photogrammetry and ground survey commenced.
(3) The planning process is expected to be completed in mid 2010.
