I refer to prosecutions of offences under section 337 of The Criminal Code , and I ask, will the Minister table the following information for the period since section 337 first came into effect (or as close to those dates as is reasonably practicable) to date, broken down by year: (a) the number of prosecutions under section 337 that were commenced; and (b) the number of prosecutions under section 337 that were successful?
