(b) Armadale: Yes.
(c) Osborne Park: Yes.
(d) Mandurah: No.
(e) Bentley: Yes.
(2) (a) Kalamunda: Contract documentation proceeding.
(b) Armadale:  Contract documentation proceeding.
(c) Osborne Park: Public tenders have been called by the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and will close on the 13 November 2007.
(d) Mandurah: Site identification.
(e) Bentley: Construction has commenced.
(3) No action has yet been taken to excise the agreed land from the relevant hospital reserves.
(4) Once the final survey plan is available from the DHW for individual sites, the Department of Health (DOH) will arrange the necessary approvals and consultation with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DPI).
