I refer to question without notice No. 788, asked on 24 August 2016, in relation to rangelands reform and the Minister’s advice that information on costs associated with consultation and drafting of amendments for the period of time between December 2010 and June 2013 is not readily available in the short timeframe of questions without notice, and I ask, will the Minister provide the information requested in question without notice 788, parts (1) and (2) for the period December 2010 to June 2013 and, if not, why not?

The machinery of government change that occurred on 1 July 2013 split the former Department of Regional Development and Lands, resulting in the creation of the Department of Lands and the Department of Regional Development. The financial records for expenditure associated with consultation and drafting of amendments related to Rangelands Reform for the period between December 2010 and June 2013 are located in the Department of Regional Development. The Department of Regional Development is providing a response to a related Parliamentary Question, PQ LC 4360, which will provide the requested information.
