ONE VOTE, ONE VALUE LEGISLATION, PROTEST RALLY
Given that the Premier was personally invited to speak at today’s rally outside Parliament, why did he not have the guts to address the rally himself rather than sending his minister? Dr GALLOP

I echo the words of the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure: we are a great team on this side of the House. The leading advocate of one vote, one value in Western Australia in recent years has been the Attorney General. It is with great pride that the Government can say that he has the intellectual capacity, an absolute knowledge of the issue, and a passionate commitment for it, to represent the Government at the rally today. The Labor Party works as a team. I am happy that the Attorney General represented my party at that rally.
