Department of Culture and the Arts (including Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth Theatre Trust, Screenwest, State Library of Western Australia, State Records Office and Western Australian Museum):
(1-2) The Department of Culture and the Arts publishes a Freedom of Information Statement on their website and will be referencing the statement in their 2015/16 Annual Report. The Department has recently become aware that the current Information Statement needs to be reviewed and is working with the Office of the Information Commissioner to ensure compliance.
Note: Under Schedule 2 to the Freedom of Information Regulations, the Culture and the Arts portfolio agencies are regarded as part of the Department for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.
