I refer to the report of overseas air travel undertaken by Ministers, Parliamentary Secretaries and Government Officers on official business dated 7 December 2023, and I ask : (a) With reference to the North Metropolitan Health Service: (i) What is the total value of everything received in kind for the purpose of travel where the source of funds is stated as industry; and (ii) Please provide the name of the company(s) that financed each of these trips as well as a full itemised breakdown of costs for each of the following trips where the source of funds is stated as industry: (A) European Society of medical oncology conference in Spain, dated 18-25 October 2023? (B) Brainlab headquarters visitation, stryker spine great debate, stryker spine minimally invasive spine course and functional neurosurgery course in Germany, Australia, United Kingdom and Switzerland, dated 4-17 November 2023? (C) The Asia Australasian federation of interventional and therapeutic neuroradiology conference in Hong Kong, dated 12-16 October 2023?
