1119. Hon BEN DAWKINS to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I will be short and sweet today.
(1) Does the
Department of the Premier and Cabinet keep records of correspondence and
conversations between the Premier and third parties; and, if not, why not?
(2) If so, where and how does the
department store these records?
(3) Does the department provide
these records to the State Records Office; and, if not, why not?
