I refer to recommendation 32 of the Keelty report which recommends that fire authorities and police formulate a traffic management plan and I ask: (a) has this been done, and if so when was this completed; (b) will the Minister table the same; and (c) if no to (a), why not?

Recommendation 32 of the Keelty report recommended that fire authorities and police
"jointly
examine
the Traffic Management System developed in response to the 2009 Victorian Bushfires and seek its adaptation to use in WA with additional attention to the access and egress by bona fide residents to areas that are evacuated".
(a) The Traffic Management System was examined as per the recommendation and a report outlining the findings was completed in February 2012.
