I refer to my question without notice of 2 June to the Premier, which referred to a letter from the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to Sotico Pty Ltd dated 11 December 2002 that outlined the quantity of resource that could be made available to that company subject to final confirmation. (1) Will the minister please table that letter? (2) Was any agreement made that should such a resource not be available, financial recompense would be made to Sotico? (3) If yes, what was the exact amount and nature of the financial recompense? (4) If the answer to (1) is no, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
