I thank the member for some notice of this question. I am informed by the minister that the Department of Culture and the Arts has not made provision in the current budget to fund the remaining $85 000 for the completion of the HMAS Sydney memorial.  I am also informed that a proposal has not been submitted to the minister on this project.
