HEALTH — CHILD
HEALTH CHECKS PILOT
1110. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the Department of Health's
child health checks project.
(1) Will the minister table all reports relating to
the outcomes of the pilots undertaken in Midland and Bunbury as part of
the project?
(2) If not, why not?

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) No.
(2) The child
health check pilot report is focused on two-year-olds in two defined
geographical areas. The report deals, in part, with information about families
in vulnerable circumstances. The report was intended to be an internal document
and permission from the families involved was not sought for public release.
The Child and Adolescent Health Service is currently working through the
operational recommendations relating to the evaluation of the child health
checks pilot.
