If the Hon Member is able to provide information about a specific area or interest, then I will endeavour to obtain the ownership details and associated sales evidence from the Department of Land Information (DLI). (c-f) Answers to these questions would need to be sourced from the present owners as DLI is only responsible for the registration of interests against a title and does not participate in the land sales process.

(a-b) The Certificate of Title (C/T) referred to was cancelled on 19 October 1999. At that time the property was held in the name of the State Housing Commission. A number of C/T's have subsequently been issued as a result of various subdivisions. This has resulted in numerous lots being created out of the original Lot 1.
