''CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA: A
DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE'' — INDIGENOUS LANGUAGES
338. Ms J. FARRER to the Minister for Citizenship and
Multicultural Interests:
I have a supplementary question:
does the minister guarantee to take responsibility and apologise for failing to
include Aboriginal people as part of this report he personally launched?

AnswerView source ↗

Yes, I do. Although the report
started under a different minister's watch, it came out under mine. It
should have included Aboriginal people in that assessment and it will not
happen again.
