(a) what was the flight number and departure time of the flight on 13 September 2012 to Sydney;
(b) what was the name of the accommodation that was booked for the Premier for the duration of that trip;
(c) could the Premier provide a detailed itinerary of all meetings and events, attended during that trip, and if not, why not;
(d) what was the purpose of each meeting or event;
(e) did the Premier participate in any fundraising event for the Liberal Party, and if so, when and where; and
