received the formal advice from WA Police that was said to have been requested
on orbefore 4 December 2025?(2) If no to (1), why not, and on what date is
that advice now expected?(3) Has the contract with Nitro Works Pty Ltd been
terminated or amended?(4) If yes to (1) or (3), when did this occur, and
will the minister table the advice, termination notice or amendment, as the
