I refer to the following Boards and Committees within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities: Avon Industrial Park Advisory Board; Ord Enhancement Scheme Management Committee; Rural, Remote and Regional Women's Network of Western Australia; Service Delivery Reform Working Group; Western Australian Regional Development Trust, and ask: (a) what are the names of all members on each Board or Committee; (b) on what date was each member appointed; (c) what is the term of appointment of each member; (d) what is the remuneration of each member; (e) what position does each member hold on the Board or Committee; and (f) which members have been appointed by the Minister?
