I refer to the Western Australia Bicycle Network Plan and ask, for the priority link alongside the Kwinana Freeway from Cranford Avenue to South Street: (a) what planning work has been done on this link; (b) what are the details of the works required; (c) when does the Minister expect work to commence; (d) when does the Minister expect works to be completed; (e) what is the estimated cost of this project; and (f) how much is currently allocated in the 2014-15 State Budget and in each year of the forward estimates?

(a-b) It is proposed to upgrade a section of existing Principal Shared Path to red asphalt, install a section of new path and grade separate. An upgrade assessment and preliminary concept design has been completed.
(c-d) No works in this section are planned within the current forward estimates.
(e) The cost estimate for remaining works will be developed after the design has been completed.
(f) Nil for this section of the Kwinana Freeway Principal Shared Path.
