I refer to the Westen Power headquarters on Wellington St, Perth and I ask: (a) how much were these buildings valued at on 30 June 2015 in the Annual Report of Western Power: (i) did this valuation include any amount in respect of intangibles or good will; and (ii) if yes, what was the total value of intangibles, and what categories were they accounted for; (b) what was the total price paid by the purchasers for this building when sold: (i) of this amount, how much was paid to real estate agents or other consultants and advisers; and (c) if the net proceeds of the sale are less than the previous total valuation (including all intangibles and other asset inclusions) has this loss been brought to the attention of Western Power: (i) if yes, what is that loss?
