I refer to the Rail, Tram and Bus Union (RTBU) report on the survey of C-series bus drivers, and I ask: (a) have faults in relation to auxiliary converter failures or faults been reported by drivers since the C-series train launched; (b) if yes to (a), how many instances have been recorded; and (c) if no to (a), how does the Minister account for testimony on page 39 of the RTBU survey report, which states "I experienced a failure of both auxiliary converters and spoke to Alstom support who advised I could drive the train from Murdoch to Nowergup Rail Depot which was grossly incorrect"?
