I refer to the Balga Works program. (1) Will the minister table the memorandum of understanding signed by Mr Merv Hammond from Balga Senior High School and Mr Michael Carton on 14 February 2005; and, if not, why not? (2) Who gave authority for the Department of Education and Training to provide $2 074 132 to Hurson Pty Ltd to run the program? (3) Has the minister’s office been involved in resolving outstanding salary payments to staff working in the Balga Works program?
