Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(a-b) The Premier did receive a letter from the Chair of the Western Australian Football Commission (WAFC) in July 2011 seeking confirmation of agreements and understandings reached prior to the announcement of the stadium.
The matter raised by the WAFC went to issues such as retirement of the outstanding WAFC debt and future use of Subiaco Oval. A letter in response was sent by the Premier in August 2011 and in the interest of transparency and accountability I am prepared to table the response. [see tabled paper no]
