Children in care—Whereabouts unknown
189. Hon Nick Goiran to
the minister representing the Minister for Child
Protection:
I refer to the
minister's answer on 24 February 2026 to my question without notice 2, in which
the house was advised that reports are provided to the department's senior
leadership and to the Western Australia Police Force regarding incidents relating
to a child in care being a victim of crime during the period they were missing
or unaccounted for.
(1) Have any such reports been raised so
far this year?
(2) If yes, how many?
